Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Food Fight! Empty Food Fight!

Post by Cecilia Attwood Mon May 30, 2016 11:38 pm

It was dinner time in the castle. Slowly Adelaide made her way to the Grate Hall. She didn’t really want to be around all the other students, but she had to see if her brother was there. She hadn’t seen him in at least a month. He was the only family she had left. Except for maybe Kai, but she hadn’t seen him for a while either. She missed them both. The sixteen year sat with her back against the wall facing toward where her brother should be. Once again he wasn’t there. It was strange not seeing him there. She sighed propping her elbow up on the table and resting her chin in the palm of her hand. What was a girl to do at a time like this? She watched as the students ate their food each with their own group of friends some with their siblings.
She normally tried to do anything she could to get attention from her father. Everything from acting the way she thought he wanted her to, all the way to trying to be the best in every aspect. But since she and Quincy moved out there was no point in caring what Noah had to say. He didn’t control her anymore. So she did something she always wanted to do. Looking around she made sure no one was watching the blonde girl who sat alone at a table full of food and not eating anything. Lifting her wand she whispered an incantation to make food from the Hufflepuff table float up and fly over to the Slytherins at the other end of the room landing directly on another students head.

Food Fight! Empty Re: Food Fight!

Post by Aideen Armour Tue May 31, 2016 11:53 am

Aideen had turned to speak to the student beside her when a bowl of mashed potatoes slammed into the side of her head. At first it took a solid few seconds for it to sink in that someone had dared to throw the food at her, Aideen's anger was after all known to be something rather terrifying. Then realising what had happened Aideen removed the bowl from her orange hair and wiped some potatoe from her cheek. In that terrifyingly silent manner she stood, "who threw that?" She asked each word carefully pronounced as her dark green gaze raked the crowd around her. Her eyes moved from the Slytherin table to the Hufflepuff's who were looking mightily guilty. Now Aideen might have left it there, she had some important reasons to not get involved in a food fight, but the other Slytherin's felt no such inclination.

"It was the Hufflepuff's!" Said the boy beside Aideen and before anyone knew what was happening he launched a bowl of peas back towards the accusing table. Unfortunately the boy had bad aim and the peas landed on some poor Ravenclaw but by that point chaos had unleashed and the food fight began in full swing. Aideen drew her wand and ducked behind the Slytherin table as the food went flying not sure whether she was annoyed or whether she found the situation entertaining. She supposed it all depended on who won this fight and how much food ended up on her.

a small grin cause the corners of Adela's mouth curl up as she watched everything unfold exactly as she had planned it would. If she was right this would last just long enough for her to sneak away. once again she swished her wand causing more food to fly across the room toward the Gryffindor's. the whole student body had to be involved for her plan to work. that was the only way it would be possible to distract enough of the professors that they wouldn't notice. This would be it there was not going to be any turning back after tonight.

Food Fight! Empty Re: Food Fight!

Post by Danny Sinclair Fri Jun 03, 2016 4:10 am

Danny was enjoying his food when he was hit by a pile of mashed potatoes. He frowned and wiped the goop out of his hair and then glared at the slytherin table. He frowned even more when he saw it was adela. He grabbed a bunch of mixed vegetables and flung them at her. He smirked as they got her right in the face.he then ducked under the table to avoid the returning fire that was yet to come. He peeked over the table to check the area and locked eyes with mia. He hadnt talked to her since their fight

Food Fight! Empty Re: Food Fight!

Aideen peeked over the edge of the table and almost ducked straight back down again as food went flying over her head. Almost everyone was involved in some way now and those who didn't want to get involved had fled from the hall. Aideen pointed her wand at a bowl of warm gravy and magicked it into the air hoping to throw it back at whichever guilty hufflepuff had thrown the food at her to begin with.

Aideen stuck her head above the table again in time to see Adela send food flying towards the Gryffindor's who until that point had mostly stayed out of the fight. Aideen raised an eyebrow unless it wasn't the Hufflepuff's who had started this. And then a Gryffindor threw some vegetables at the sixth year Slytherin girl and Aideen sent the gravy flying at the boy in retaliation. Whether Adela had started the food fight or not Aideen wasn't gonna to let the other houses get away with throwing food at her own house members so easily.
