Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Best: Her beloved Hungarian Horntail, courtesy of Eli.

Worst: Her parents gave her a mouse for her 6th birthday. While the mouse was, admittedly, rather cute, she did not see the point. After all, what purpose could a mouse serve? When it escaped from it's cage and got killed by a cat two months later, she did not cry.

based on this website: http://www.colourlovers.com/web/blog/2008/04/22/all-120-crayon-names-color-codes-and-fun-facts

Avery'd be Sunglow. She has a bit of a tempter, which directs her towards the reds, but she is highly concerned with emotions. She probably would have been in Hufflepuff if she went to Hogwarts, but because of everything that happened and the fact that she went to Durmstrang, she's got a temper on her. That was probably born out of jealous, honestly, more than anything else. Of her sister, of people from Robin's past, etc. More often than not, she ends up telling herself to calm down, and has a habit of heading outside to accomplish that (Adding to the idea of the color relating to the sun).

If your character could trade places with any of their friends, who would they pick and why?

Max would be interested in trading places with just about anyone. But probably the top picks would be Jack (Quidditch playing extraordinaire and still get to live in the same house), Sunny (free of responsibility and access to coloring books), and Claire (poised, gorgeous, and intelligent).

Jack really doesn't notive money, and has perpetually thought herself to be poor. She doesn't spend much, and she is constantly worried about the bills. However, she's doing fairly well for herself, considering she's always working a few jobs that have decent pay. She puts her money towards a lot of causes, and this may be the reason that she believes herself to be outliving her means.

Kat-Car would choose her mentors, Santo and Savino (NCP's). Her parents loved her, but never understood her, meaning that the relationship between herself and her parents was very distant.

She had a little notepad and pen that she would write notes on. She would wander about and write down little scenes she would see, and she loved to interview her friends.

Ash's favorite family member would probably be her grandmother. She loves her to death and would do anything in the world for her. Her least favorite would be a tie between her sister and dad...Her dad walked out on them and her sister has made sure to try to out do her in everything she possibly can.

Favorite place to be? Least favorite?

NEW YORK BABY. She wants to be back so bad. There's a magic to New York. It's organized chaos, just like her mind, and she feels so at ease there. Her least favorite is definitely her parent's home. It's just... too close for comfort.

Of course, without hesitation. Robin might dislike the majority of his relatives but even the least savary of them share his blood. And if you can't be loyal to your blood who can you be loyal to?

How is your characters vision of themselves different from who they really are? (Do they see themselves as important when they are completely disposable? Do they think they are weak when they are very strong?)
